Copyright and takedown notices

VisitPlay’s own text, games, and artwork are copyrighted. Farms can also upload a logo and write game text that guests can see. If you believe something on this site uses your copyrighted work without permission, send a notice to hello@visitplay.app.

Designated agent

Joshua Warchol is the designated agent for the service provider Joshua Warchol, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office as DMCA-1082275. The registration has been active since October 7, 2026. Alternate names on that registration include VisitPlay and VisitPlay.app.

These are the same contact details as the designated-agent listing. This page does not decide whether a safe harbor applies. A notice still has to be handled after it arrives.

What to include

A notice is easier to act on when it includes:

• Your signature, which can be electronic.
• The copyrighted work you believe was used.
• The VisitPlay page or file to take down, with a URL if you have one.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Those points follow the notice elements published by the U.S. Copyright Office for 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)(A). They are not legal advice.
